doo, Belgrade (henceforth: Enterprise) is specialized in accountancy,
financial and consulting services in Yugoslavia. The Enterprise
was founded in January 1990 as a limited company. The Enterprise
is registered under Yugoslav and Serbian law.
The registered
office of the Enterprise is situated in Zahumska 71, Belgrade. The
Enterprise performs its accounting services in branch office in
Ariljska 7, Belgrade.
The Enterprise provides complete services relating to preparation
and evaluation of feasibility studies, privatization projects and
accounting services according to Yugoslav Accounting Standards.
The Enterprise has eight employees. The most of employees are financial
analysts and accountants. It is important to emphasize that two
employees are accountants certified by Association of Auditors and
Accountants of Serbia.
We provide complete accounting services for enterprises with domestic
and/or foreign shareholdings, including VAT related services. Documentation
preparation for foreign citizens' registration in Serbia is the
new service we provide. Full assistance during foreign companies'
registration is also one of our services.

The Enterprise is qualified by Serbian Ministry for Privatization
for business valuation. At this moment more than fifty valuations
were accepted by Government agency.
In August 2002 we started evaluating first 15 companies for the
Agency for Privatisation of Republic of Serbia, and we've been in
this business since.
